Since I upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS the WiFi switch has been grayed out so I can't turn WiFi on. Obviously this is not good, because without WiFi, it won't take long to burn through my monthly data allotment. Has anyone else ran into this WiFi problem after upgrading to IOS6? More importantly, how do I fix it so I can have WiFi enabled again?

Was running Windows 7 Professional using Windows Virtual PC to run XP mode to operate AutoCAD 2000. Since I upgraded I can't open AutoCAD. Do I have to reinstall Virtual PC? Did I lose all my dwg files from XP mode?

I'm not too happy that Ubuntu 12.10 in going to include Amazon search results in Dash. It seems that every time I turn around, there is another little chip away at the privacy of the individual. Am I being tinfoil hat on this, or does this rub other people the wrong way too?

I just can't personalize my lock screen or start screen neither change the color of it. I looked everywhere but it doesn't show any respond when I tap on the options in personalize.

I was wondering if anyone that had already upgraded to Mountain Lion thought there were any reason not to upgrade. Mountain Lion is a major update to OS X, and I don't want to jump right in if there are changes for the worse. How do people like it so far? Any issues?

How do you disable the "helpful and informative" box that pops up and tells you that, "Windows is checking for a solution..." whenever a program locks up? I'm using Windows 7, btw.

I just read that Windows 7 just passed XP as the most used Window OS. As we get ready for Windows 8, I have to wonder how much longer can people and companies keep using XP? I mean, it is an OS that has been around for a decade, and it is still the OS used by almost 42% of computers that were online last month. That is just amazing.

I saw that Electronic Arts is offering game packs for Linux now. Frankly, I was a little surprised by this, I didn't think there was enough of an install base on desktops/laptops to make it worthwhile for a large, mainstream publisher like EA to publish for Linux.

Canonical is apparently making a concerted effort to break into the consumer and enterprise market with Precise Pangolin, aka Ubuntu 12.04. Linux has been wildly successful in many areas, but I think it is fair to say that desktop OS is not one of them.

Until about 6 weeks ago, I had never heard of Tizen, and suddenly there is buzz that Samsung may be looking at moving to Tizen OS. So Samsung, who is doing very well with Android, wants to move to a different OS?! What am I missing here?

Is there a way to run Windows on an iPad? I've been using Office for years, and would like to continue using Office instead of switching to unfamiliar software. Is there a way to use Windows on an iPad?
