They're out there; I'm in here -- Gary McKinnon and Edgar Mitchell, two like-minded individuals, should have met -- and probably sometime before McKinnon hacked into U.S. military computers hoping to uncover evidence of UFOs. You see, Mitchell, a 77-year-old former astronaut is also one of those who believe that extraterrestrial beings have visited Earth. "I've been in military and intelligence circles, who know that beneath the surface of what has been public knowledge -- yes, we have been visited," he says.

Oh the irony! -- HD Moore, creator of the Metasploit hacking toolkit, "got owned" this week, falling victim to a DNS attack. It happened on Tuesday morning, when Moore's company, BreakingPoint, had some of its Internet traffic redirected to a fake Google page that was being run by a scammer. read more...
