Pamela has worked in diverse industries leading initiatives that have added significant value to corporate productivity and profitability. Pamela was Vice President of Information Technology at PSC from 2005 – 2010 and she is currently president of The Rucker Group, a C-Suite advisory organization. Her background includes engagements with JP Morgan Chase, IBM, GMAC, and Nabisco.

Pamela has a highly consultative approach, and has a track record of creating measurable results. She has a unique ability to work with executives to understand their business drivers and determine technology solutions that increase their bottom line. She also understands the financial implications of systems delivery and believes in maximizing the return on corporate investments in technology. Pamela has been a featured speaker at Forrester's IT Leadership Conference, CIO magazine's Perspectives Conference and the CIO Executive Summit. She is a governing body member for the Global CIO Executive Summit and is a prior InformationWeek 500 recipient.

She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond, has completed executive programs at Rice and Columbia, and is currently completing her master's degree at Harvard University.
