February 20, 2013, 9:33 AM — We've all seen a bunch of videos showcasing the Google Glass project, a pair of glasses that let users capture photos, videos and provides virtual information (like driving directions, weather data, etc.).
Google today launched the latest video, entitled "How It Feels [through Glass]", with a bunch of first-person views - all of the video clips within the video were taken with a pair of Glass glasses.
More importantly, the company is "looking for bold, creative individuals who want to join us and be a part of shaping the future of Glass." If you would like to apply to receive Glass before anyone else, you need to tell the company what you would do if you had a pair, starting with the hashtag "#ifihadglass", via Twitter or Google+.
The deadline to apply for a pair is Feb. 27th, and you would have to buy the device ($1,500 plus tax), as well as attend a "special pick-up experience, in person, in either New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles." Head to the Google Glass page to apply.
So if you have some extra disposable income available and can get to one of those three cities, take a shot!
