Is this what we have to look forward to once Google Glass is everywhere?

Microsoft hasn't announced pricing, so anything mentioned here is a guess or a rumor. But what I've read is that Xbox 720 will cost anywhere from $299 to $400.

True, everyone has a camera-enabled smartphone these days, but the vast majority of these people don't walk around as if they're about to take a photo or video of you. The few people who actually do that are annoying and usually told to stop. I think if you're out in public, your expectations of privacy have to be reasonable.

With Google Glass Explorer Edition (the beta version) just now going out to 15,000 early testers and developers, it's too early to tell if Google can ship by year's end (assuming that's the plan).

I do suspect the Facebook phone is bombing, and I'm not surprised. The mobile device market is tough to crack. Not sure it has any larger meaning regarding branded hardware.
