Authoria to buy recruiting software maker Hire.com

Human resources management software maker Authoria Inc. said Monday it will acquire dot-com survivor Hire.com, an Austin, Texas, developer of recruiting management software. Financial terms of the all-stock deal were not disclosed.

Hire.com's flagship product is HireEnterprise, a suite that helps employers with online recruiting, applicant tracking and staffing analytics. The 10-year-old company
