Japanese invent robot that won't fall when you kick it
The robot race keeps getting stronger, folks
More evidence that the robopocalypse is inevitable: Here's a video from the University of Tokyo's JSK Lab showing a "high-torque, high-speed robotic leg" that won't fall down when you kick it. So when the robots eventually take over, just kicking them won't work any more. No escape!
I'm kidding, of course, about the "robot apocalypse" - if you want to read more about this particular project, check out this IEEE report.
