Tour the International Space Station in NASA Cribs
See where astronauts eat, sleep and pee (yay, space potty!)
NASA has posted a new video in which Astronaut Mike Fincke gives a tour of the International Space Station, in an "MTV Cribs" style. The tour is actually done at Johnson Space Center in Houston in one of their ISS simulators, but it's pretty much an exact replica (except for the gravity). But it's still cool to see the space toilets.
The video was produced by students in NASA's Cooperative Education Program, which gives the students on-the-job training as well as NASA projects. "It is designed to train and develop students for the possibility of full time employment at NASA upon graduation," NASA says.
My only question: When was the last time MTV Cribs was on the air? Would these students have seen that show?
