Watch 2D images become 3D interactive animations
Japanese system can easily create animations out of 2D drawings
From Japan: DigInfo News brings us a quick report of new technology being designed that allows hand-drawn artwork to be integrated into a 3D animation interactive experience.
The Live2D technology, created by Cybernoids, allows 2D art to be rendered properly, enabling "smooth 3D motion using entirely the original 2D drawings," Cybernoids says. The system supports both polygons or vectors.
