Madhukar Govindaraju, Promptu

Promptu, an Internet solutions provider located in Milpitas, Calif., announced the appointment of Madhukar Govindaraju as CTO. Govindaraju has more than 10 years experience in the technology sector and was chief Web strategy officer at eChips before assuming his current position at Promptu.

Doug Worley, ebizmix.com

Doug Worley recently became CTO of ebizmix.com, an online marketplace for independent specialty retailers. Worley will be responsible for all technology and information systems at ebizmix.com, which is owned by Kansas City, Mo.-based Hallmark Cards. Prior to joining ebizmix.com, Worley was CIO of Cyberswap and held IT positions at Pomeroy Computer Resources and at Proctor and Gamble.

Edward B. Roberts, Tradamax Group

Edward B. Roberts was named CTO of Tradamax Group, an Internet-based trading marketplace with headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia. Roberts, president and founder of the Orange County Microsoft NT Users Group, brings over 15 years of experience to his new appointment at Tradamax, where he will be responsible for the technology team. Most recently, Roberts served as CTO of focusCORE.
