IBM opens four SOA design centers

IBM has launched another new service-oriented architecture (SOA) initiative. Big Blue will set up four SOA design centers to help clients build applications around Web services and other open standards-based infrastructures. The centers are located in Austin, Texas; Beijing; Delhi; and Hursely, U.K.
