Companies will spend up to $2.5 million for Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance

AMR Research recently released this CIO survey report on Sarbanes-Oxley and it's implications for IT. Seventy-seven percent reported that they will be spending more to achieve compliance; about 52% have actually started to implement compliance plans.
