49% of over 500 respondents to a recent AIIM study agreed that finding information they need to do their jobs within their organizations is difficult and time-consuming. Moreover, a majority of respondents believe that findability in their organization is worse than their own organization's consumer-facing web sites. Check out the attached survey.
