Robots, mind-reading to fight terrorism

Because we live in the 21st century, the most recent attempt to attack an airplane has resulted in tech solutions proposed for airports. These range from now fairly mundane tools like bomb-sniffing robots (operated by a modified XBox controller!) to creepier possibilities like mind-reading technology.
