Video shows how humans could colonize Mars

Animation and discussion shows how to turn the red planet green

I was on vacation last week when the Mars Curiosity rover successfully landed on Mars, so I missed out on all that fun. But with Mars attention being pretty high these days, I ran across this video, in which author and aerospace engineer Robert Zubrin and NASA Ames researcher Margarita Marinova discuss the possibility of colonizing the Red Planet.

The video, posted on Vimeo by DEEPSPEED media, is part of a feature documentary entitled "Someday Somewhere Beyond", which explores "the history and future of space colonies."

The big question for readers: If you had the opportunity to go live on Mars as part of a colony, would you? Even if they didn't have Internet access?
