December 21, 2012, 2:42 PM — It's been a few weeks since we checked in with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) for a Mars Curiosity Rover report. Luckily, we have the latest video from them, giving us some news about what's going to happen over the holidays.

The team continues to look for a suitable place to dig for some more soil samples, and then head to a location dubbed "Grandma's House" for a couple of days of rest (although no real rest for Rover - it still has to take photos and be monitored by JPL in case any real Martians show up).
See, even Mars-based devices get to spend some time with Grandma. Go JPL!
