Science Tuesday: History of Earth in a few minutes

MinutePhysics empire expands to create MinuteEarth YouTube channel

By

Henry Reich, whose MinutePhysics YouTube channel is one of my favorite science-based video series, has expanded his universe (ironically, after posting a video about how big 93 billion light years is).

Reich's new channel is called MinuteEarth, and uses the same whiteboard animation style that made MinutePhysics so popular. The focus of MinuteEarth will be answering questions about how old the Earth is, how we know this, and other planet-based questions of science.

Take a look at the first video, which gives us a history of Earth in under 3 minutes:

Best of luck to Reich and his team - looks like you have another hit on your hands.
