MinutePhysics and Veritasium team-up for two-part video primer on magnetism


It's always fun when two of the biggest science video bloggers team up to tackle a topic.

Today it's Henry Reich's MinutePhysics channel and Derek Muller's Veritasium channel doing the honors, giving us a two-part video discussion on magnetism.

Here's the MinutePhysics video, in which we get about six minutes on some of the physics behind magnets and why they act the way they do:

Switching over to the Veritasium video, we get an explanation of "How Special Relativity Makes Magnets Work":

Taken together, you should now be fully versed in the ways of magnets and magnetism. This will be on the midterm.
