Why would the US military (as well others) deny the existence non-terrestrial UFO’s? The answer is simple. It all comes down to being an issue of national security. Well looks like they (NASA) will have to drag out the same excuse again for the "weather balloon" that showed up at sunset west of Phoenix. Approximately 7:30 PM PDT. I looked at with 15 X 70 binos and its shape was like a teardrop or weather balloon. Moving very slowly it appeared to the west.Multi-colored and i presume this was from the sun's reflection. I was looking for it to maybe change shape..but it did not. Why is NASA launching these weather balloons, assuming that is what they are. Cant they do this over eastern Nevada or something so as to not alarm the public ? Its not like we havent had to deal with a gzillion UFO reports lately across the world.

Believe it or not kiddies but that weather balloon is...... a weather balloon. I live in Albuquerque, NM and those things are launched from somewhere around Clovis, NM several times a year. They are huge, being several stories in height, with a gondola at the bottom containing weather measuring equipment. The reason they look ominous is they are so high up that the sun, even after its set past the horizon, continues to reflect off the polymer sheen of the balloon. All one has to do is get a pair of binoculars and take a gander at it, but most folks are either too stupid or too lazy to do that so want, with all their heart, to believe it's an alien space craft. While I've never witnessed an alien space craft, it would still be hard to fathom one hovering over the Sandia Mtns 6 times a year, every year, at 20,000+ feet, 20 miles north of Kirtland AFB.
