How to add a front-end for MPLayer

February 03, 2012, 1:25 PM — Here's how you can add SMPlayer to your Linux Mint or Ubuntu system.

1. Open a terminal window.

2. Type in the following commands then hit Enter after each command.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:rvm/smplayer
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install smplayer

SMPlayer has some very helpful features that will enhance your video experience in Linux.
