Facebook on the Desktop or the Web?
Some will probably wonder why you should bother with a desktop version of Facebook instead of the web site. Well, sometimes it's a bother to keep a web browser open just to keep up with Facebook.

With a desktop app running in Ubuntu 13.04, you can still experience Facebook minus the obligatory browser window clutter. Plus, if you run a lot of tabs like I do, it can be a headache to go back to the tab that has Facebook running in it. A desktop app can be a lot quicker to access. Plus it blends into the Ubuntu 13.04 interface much better than a browser window.
