By , ITworld |  Software, Linux, Ubuntu

Here's how you can enable local menus for application windows in Ubuntu 14.04.

1. Go to System Settings.

2. Go to Appearance.

3. Go to Behavior.

4. Go to the "Show the menus for a window" option.

5. Click on "In the window's title bar."

Now you'll see menus appear in application windows when you put the cursor over the title bar. This is a fast and easy way to access menus.

Local Integrated Menus display on the Title bar of any un-maximized Window. By default it is disabled, if you like it you can enable it easily.
