Earlier this year Gartner Research, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company, published its latest Report 'Market Trends: Application Development, Worldwide, 2008-2013'. According to the Report, the global software testing market equals $13 billion and the global market size of outsourced QA & Testing services is around $6.1 billion.

Gartner predicts that the total software revenue for application testing segments will grow up to $2.4 billion in 2009. Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) is predicted to increase by 17% by 2012.

As estimated by Gartner, independent application testing as a separate business segment will grow at 50-60%, while offshore testing demand will grow at 35-40% in 2009.

Analysts from Gartner believe that the appeal of QA & Testing outsourcing will be increased in the near future due to the companies’ understanding that offshore services are a valuable tool in leveraging testers’ expertise, tools and processes and reducing the cost of testing, while improving the overall application quality.

In 2009 TEAM International, as a global offshore IT services provider, will be focusing on adding value to its business and software development lifecycle by combining its structured process driven approach, creativity and ability to match the highest QA & Testing criteria.
