Boutell's GD library is required to compile the statusmap and trends
CGIs. Get it from, compile it,
and use the --with-gd-lib and --with-gd-inc arguments to specify the
locations of the GD library and include files.

Note: RedHat Linux users can download the 'gd' and 'gd-devel' RPMs
from (try installing
version 1.8.1-2 or newer if you can).
