<title>Adobe Flash Tools are Win for Developers, Not iPhone Users</title>
 <link>http://www.itworld.com/personal-tech/80207/adobe-flash-tools-are-win-developers-not-iphone-users</link>
<description>At its worldwide developers&#039; conference in Los Angeles on Monday, Adobe announced its newest suite of creative tools, Flash Professional CS5, which will be available as a public beta later this year. With it, Adobe is providing functionality that will allow developers to convert Flash apps to iPhone apps. This is great for developers and good for Apple, but while everyone else gets the full Flash experience, iPhone customers are left short-changed.

<title>Adobe Flash Available for iPhone? Not Really</title>
 <link>http://www.itworld.com/personal-tech/80011/adobe-flash-available-iphone-not-really</link>
<description>Adobe Flash CS5 (a beta expected within the coming weeks) will allow developers to create applications in Flash and then export them as native iPhone applications, which can then be submitted to the App Store, like any regular iPhone app. As a proof of concept, there are eight apps built this way in the App Store right now.
