    The wonderful people at the Everything is Terrible! blog have posted a bunch of clips from a Super Bowl variety special from the late '70s, in which Andy Williams, Paul Williams, Joe Namath, Foster Brooks and others perform a bunch of song and dance variety numbers with football themes.

    Meet the new Big Brother, same as the old Big Brother. That's essentially the point of a video advertisement by Motorola Mobility for its new Xoom tablet. The mobile device manufacturer plans to air the one-minute commercial during next Sunday's Super Bowl.

    So the big game has come and gone and it was nice to see the Saints come away with a win. Not that I had a lot riding on which team won; I was tuned in for the commercials. A lot of fuss is being made about the Google ad and in general tech was well represented. I'll share a few of my favorites and invite you to do the same.
