    Thanks to the Internet and the Information Technology Age, information is being generated exponentially faster than at any other time in history. Privacy has basically gone out the window, and it’s no wonder that headlines about data breaches have become commonplace.

    As solutions providers developing intricate systems, it's important that we not allow our customers to lose sight of the people who operate these systems, put data in, and read the reports that come out. That's not a technical issue, but an education and training issue, likely among the fee-based services you provide. "You got the information, you got the report. Now what action are you going to take?" That's what separates a successful business from an abject failure.

    Sometimes the best way to connect A to B does not involve connecting A to B at all. Try explaining that to a language pedant. Now I am not talking about some warping of space/time in order to connect A to B without actually connecting them. I am talking about a slight warping of the English language though.
