RIM previews the PlayBook ahead of launch this week

Ahead of the launch of its PlayBook tablet, Research in Motion executives were out in New York promoting the device. The PlayBook, due to go on sale April 19, will go up against Apple's iPad and an increasing number of competitors in the tablet space.
