<title>Will the iPhone Kill the Kindle? No Way.</title>
 <link>http://www.itworld.com/personal-tech/62376/will-iphone-kill-kindle-no-way</link>
<description>It&#039;s no secret that I&#039;ve been a convert to the Amazon Kindle for more than a year now. And now that Amazon has announced its second generation of the Kindle, I&#039;m even more impressed with the device than I was before. Here&#039;s why they&#039;re wrong.

<title>One in three iPhone 3G customers ditch their carriers</title>
 <link>http://www.itworld.com/mobile-amp-wireless/55731/one-three-iphone-3g-customers-ditch-their-carriers</link>
<description>If the iPhone 3G was enough impetus to get you to drop your wireless provider like it was hot, then this news probably won&#039;t surprise you. According to figures from market-research firm NPD Group, almost one-in-three iPhone 3G customers were defectors from other mobile operators. The report also says iPhone 3G also topped sales in the smartphone category.

<title>App Store successful, but shows flaws</title>
 <link>http://www.itworld.com/mobile-amp-wireless/55685/app-store-successful-shows-flaws</link>
<description>By all accounts Apple&#039;s App Store, which offers add-on software for the iPhone and iPod touch through iTunes, has been a success. Despite all that, some users, analysts, and developers are critical of Apple&#039;s decision to shoehorn the App store inside of iTunes, using many of the same features that were designed to be used for music, not software.
