April 17, 2009, 11:37 AM — Don't be surprised if you see a giant iPhone tearing up the streets of Boston in Monday's race. It's just Jason Jacobs, founder and CEO of Boston-based FitnessKeeper, maker of the popular run-tracking iPhone app called RunKeeper.
The publicity stunt was cooked up by a team of students in David Gerzof's social media class at Emerson College, complete with the requisite YouTube videos.
Jason's number is 22790, in case you want to track him on Monday. And you can make donations to the "Race for Rehab" team here.
