Sexy texts now grounds for divorce in France

Many Americans think of France as a romantic free-for-all, but in fact it can be quite difficult to get a divorce there without proof some specific harm done by one spouse to another -- like, say, adultery. But now French law will allow texts from a spouse to his or her extramarital paramour to be used as evidence in divorce proceedings. (Text messages were already admissible evidence in murder trials.)
