Japanese headsets promise Terminator-style real-time information

Remember those scenes from the Terminator movies, where we saw the world through the eyes of the killer cyborg, with constant bits of information scrolling up through his field of vision? Japanese firm NEC has developed something similar: a headset that beams information in real time onto the wearer's retina, for a mere $80,000 or so.
