I hate that he used SA
Not to worry Gert the mobile lab manager has never had this person attend the mobile lab. The person in the story simply fabricated his credentials. Thanks!
How Shocking
I see many cultures in my travels and I experience them not just as an observer. I realize that we are also dealing with economic times which bring out the best and the worst in people. Add to this class struggles which band people together to elevate themselves and you have a tapestry both volatile and delicate. In the US I will not and cannot use the same brush to paint everyone with, but I can offer to help and to get help. Piracy is wrong, CCIE rent-a-certs are wrong and contracts that force IT talent to go without pay is horrible.
Thanks for your comment

Fake CCIE
The counterfeit document looked good and in some regions of the world especially emerging markets interviewers are not as knowledgeable about CCIE Certifications and the verification tools in place. But we are educating them one at a time. Thanks for reading and your reply my Danish nephew!
CCIE in Bikini
I did not say she looked good! I am publishing a CCIE Flyer edition featuring the most beautiful women in the world. And in my business these are CCIEs. So look for the July issue it will have what I consider to be the best looking women on the planet, CCIEs!
I agree a lot has transpired
I agree a lot has transpired and it is unfortunate that anyone should ever have their livelyhood threatened by blogging or bloggers.
Paula, I like your 5Ks they
Paula,
I like your 5Ks they are very accurate and all IT professionals should keep them in mind. Often when working, IT professionals are head down and focussed on delivery. We must remember to say hello to the other's around us and allow them into our professional network. As well as keeping the ersume updated always keep the professional network fresh.
As an international
As an international recruiter specializing in CCIEs and Network Engineers I can vouch for the 6th place career on your list. Network engineers are still in high demand because Cisco Channel Partners are still doing a brisk business. Project managers are another area I see hot demand for in this unusual recession. There is stillhiring going on and anyone retooling their careers should consider Cisco Certifications. Good article!

CCIE Boot Camps
Narbik's reputation and Paul's as well are well established in this industry. Hard to cast aspersions on that fact.
