Phil Johnson
Member since: October 2008
Phil Johnson is a writer and editor for ITworld.com, after having survived 17 years in the corporate wild as a software/web developer, technical lead and project manager. Along the way he also used to write monologue jokes for David Letterman, Jimmy Fallon and Jay Leno.
In his spare time these days, when he's not chauffeuring his daughters to and from school, lessons and Justin Bieber movies (ugh), he enjoys drawing cartoons, tweeting about his life and taking pictures of cranes.

pasmith commented on Stream PBS content to your Roku playerI've been really pleased with mine, and I don't think it's just me... I haven't seen a negative review of the Roku 3. It's possible I've just missed them but all the sites I read seemed to like it as well. Do keep in mind the Roku 3 only has HDMI out. Some of the other models offer more options in case you want to use component ports or something.
And I finally get around to mentioning the Time Warner Cable Roku Channel, too.3 hours 21 min ago
