How to access Windows 8 help information

While using the desktop:

1. Open the Search charm.

2. Enter Help into the search box.

3. Tap or click Help and Support.

While on the Start screen:

1. Open the Settings charm.

2. Click or tap on Help.

While in an application:

1. Open the Settings charm.

2. Tap or click on Help.
