A timer counts down, and the PC restarts; after the restart completes, the PC goes into either hibernation or standby mode after a second timer counts down. It works just fine, with one caveat.

    Windows 7 users, do you miss the blue blinking of the small two-monitor icon in the system tray that flashed to show when you there was network activity in Windows Vista? If so, you'll want to download the small utility Network Activity Indicator for Windows 7. Run it, and you'll see that familiar old blinking icon. There are benefits beyond seeing a familiar icon; the program tells you at a glance whether you are connected to a network, and also can provide useful information about your network connection.
